But what really makes this place shine is the employees.
It sounds a little cliché to say that the employees here are the foundation of the business, but we really mean it. From press operators to mail personnel, from managers to sales staff, there is no way Graphtech could have maintained a reputation for quality if these peeps weren't outstanding.
