The Challenge​

Graphtech set out to create a holiday outreach that would do more than deliver a gift. The goal was to increase engagement with current customers, introduce new prospects to Graphtech’s capabilities, and reinforce the company’s core marketing message: that individual services work best when unified into a cohesive marketing solution. The experience needed to be memorable, interactive, and representative of Graphtech’s end-to-end expertise during the busy holiday season.

The Missing Piece

Graphtech designed a fully integrated holiday gifting experience built around the idea that great marketing comes together like a puzzle. Each recipient received a custom-designed, holiday-themed box containing a printed puzzle, symbolizing how Graphtech’s many service offerings fit together to form a complete marketing picture.
