The Challenge
For its first new U.S. construction plant in over 30 years, Hershey sought to create a high-visibility interior environment that would inspire employees, impress visitors, and engage stakeholders. The goal: blend visual elements from Hershey’s iconic history with a modern, sophisticated look showcasing the company’s ambition to become a leading snacking powerhouse. The space needed to reflect moments of goodness, honor a rich history, convey a bright future, and celebrate the people who make it all possible.
The Missing Piece
Over the course of six months, Graphtech designed, produced, and installed a cohesive collection of vibrant visuals—featuring a mix of 2D and 3D graphics—throughout Hershey’s plant, offices, and common areas. Each installation was thoughtfully curated to create a welcoming, visually engaging environment that celebrates Hershey’s story and inspires everyone who walks through the doors.
